Fantastic product

The quality of the product is great. I was a little worried about the quality of the lighter but I am very pleased to say they did not cheese out on it. The whole unit works great and I am enjoying using it.

If there's a Smoked Old Fashioned on the menu when I go out, it's always my go-to. I was reluctant to try making them at home because so often do-it-yourself products fall into the "too good to be true" category because (A) they don't replicate what you're trying to make very well, and (B) they are so hard to use that it's not worth the effort. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Not only was it simple to use from the very first time after opening the box (no learning curve whatsoever), but the cocktails also held the smokiness better than any I've had elsewhere. It's also packaged in a way that I'm more than happy to display it in the house. I can't wait to experiment with other craft drinks, starting with the Martini & Sea Breeze that were included. Also looking forward to using it for family, friends, and guests. The only reason I'm giving a 5-star rating is because that's as high as it allows. Awesome product!

Steps For smoking

Fill the torch with Butane

Place a very small pinch of wood chips into the smoker

Place on top of the glass and light until the glass fills with smoke

Remove the topper and enjoy your smoke infused creation

    • 1/2 shot Dry Vermouth.
    • 1/2 Shot Olive Brine.
    • 3 Blue Cheese Stuffed Green Olives.

  • Xtra Dirty Blue Sea Breeze

    • 2 part Stirrings Simple Sour Mix
    • 1 part Pineapple Juice.
    • 1 part Rum.
    • 1/2 part Blue Curacao.
    • Garnish with 2 black cherries.

    • 5-7 dashes simple syrup
    • 1 Dropper Woodford Reserve Orange Bitters
    • 5 dashes Citronge Orange Liqueur

FAQ's

I'm Getting very little smoke

There are too many wood chips in the mesh. You only need a small pinch; 5-8 chips.

My Torch will not light

  1. Fill the torch with a quality butane and wait 2 minutes to ignite.
  2. The torch flame setting is too low. Adjust the dial at the bottom by turning counter clockwise.
  3. The torch nozzles are clogged. Use compressed air or compressed electronics cleaner to clear the blockage

Why isn't Butane included?

Butane is considered hazardous cargo and would significantly increase the cost to you. You can find butane at your local hardware store for a fraction of the cost we could offer it to you. We like you and want to help your wallet.

How do I fill the torch with butane and adjust the flame?
